We’re delighted to announce that Izzy has successfully completed her 3-month probation and is now officially a fully-fledged Angel.
Izzy joined us in a brand-new role as Delegate & Content Executive, created to strengthen our delegate recruitment, retention and speaker outreach across Angel’s growing portfolio of events. With so much of this role being new, Izzy truly had a baptism of fire - joining right as a packed spring event season kicked off.
In her first few weeks alone, Izzy supported AngelTech, the DCS Awards, the MSP Channel Insights Roadshows in London and Dublin, AI Transform, and the Managed Services Summit Benelux in Amsterdam - all high-profile events with fast turnarounds and demanding schedules. She immediately became a key member of the events team, helping ensure strong delegate recruitment and contributing to speaker research and communications.
Her calm under pressure, positive attitude, and willingness to dive into the deep end has not gone unnoticed.

We asked Izzy to reflect on her first few months at Angel:
Q: What’s been your favourite part of working at Angel so far?
A: Definitely helping with the MSP Roadshows and working across different teams to bring the London and Dublin events together has been a great experience. From onboarding speakers and sponsors to writing marketing emails, it’s been really rewarding seeing it all come together. I’m especially excited to help run the next Roadshow later this year, with even more locations planned for next year!
Q: What’s something new you’ve learned or been surprised by since joining?
A: I’ve learned how important it is to just get stuck in. From the early planning stages, like sending out welcome boxes, all the way to meeting everyone at the events, it’s shown me how much goes on behind the scenes to bring an event to life.
Q: If you could sum up your first 3 months in 3 words, what would they be?
A: Collaborative, dynamic and fun!
